Goals and off-season races...

"Offseason"
  • Learn more about mentally preparing for training and racing then apply it. Read books, get ideas, and try them!
  • Figure out what's the better bike/run strategy for me (maybe on a race basis). What will get me the best overall result?
  • Train with better consistency.
  • Stay healthy!
  • Crossfit! See if functional strength exercises apply to triathlon.
  • November. Seattle Half-Marathon?
  • December. 12K's of Christmas?

  • Beat my PR 70.3 finish time of 5:47:26! I'm currently under 6 hours. What's a change(s) that will push me through the barrier?
  • Finish Ironman Canada under 12 hours.
